No, as long as we can access your vehicle and you're happy to leave us to it, you don't need to be present.

Yes , we're fully mobile and come to your home or workplace. We bring everything we need including our own water and electricity supply.

It depends on the service. A maintenance valet typically takes 2-3 hours, while more advanced cleans can take over between 3-7 hours. You can see an estimate of all of our valeting times on our booking form. We'll give you a more accurate time estimate when you book.

We use professional-grade products to ensure the best results and protect your vehicle's surfaces.

A maintenance plan is a regular scheduled valet  (up to 8 week frequency) to keep your vehicle looking its best. To join a maintenance plan, your vehicle first needs to have a Deep Clean or above. This ensures we're maintaining a high standard rather than starting from a poor baseline.

We accept cash, bank transfer, Apple Pay and card payments. Payment must be made on completion of the service and a 20% deposit is payable at the time of booking.
